In-Sight Vision Suite is Merged into the Acquisition-complete Signal as a Condition to Enable/ disable the Cell

Problem: When switching between different segments via instructions, the TCP/IP-sent command causes the corresponding program segment to execute immediately, resulting in a long processing time.  
Solution: Include the enable condition into the image-acquisition-complete event.
