Identification Tools - Color Model

The Color Model Identification Tool is used to determine, from a library of Color Models, which Color Model best matches the colors in the image, returning the name of the matching Color Model.

The Color Model tool references a trained library of Color Model(s), and then determines the number of pixels present in the region that match the selected and trained Color Model(s) in the library. Depending upon the tool's Mode of operation, either Identify (the default setting) or Match, the tool returns the name of the Color Model that best matches the inspection criteria. The tool also creates a binary greyscale output image, where every pixel that matches an active Color Model is set to White (255), while all other pixels are set to Black (0).
