Step by Step Procedure to Change the Job Through SMLP Communication from FX PLC

Procedure:

1. Make ‘Set Offline’ bit (Acquisition Control Bit 7) ‘High’.
2. Enter ‘Program Number’ (Value) in ‘Command Control input’.
3. Make ‘Execute Command’ bit (Inspection Control-Bit 3) ‘High’.
4. Confirm Command Completed & Failed feedback (Inspection Status-Bit 5&6).
5. Make ‘Execute Command’ bit (Inspection Control-Bit 3) ‘Low’.
6. Make “Set Offline” Bit (Acquisition Control Bit 7) “Low”.
7. Confirm Program number in “command Control Output”.
