In-Sight Explorer Wafer ID version 4.5.2 supports the In-Sight 1720/1740 Series wafer readers. Included in wafer ID version 4.5.2 are several enhancements for improved reading performance and easier setup and operation of both In-Sight 1720 and 1740 Series wafer readers:
- Functional VB6.0 and .NET sample apps
- Web Browser improvements for embedded control
- Light power mod enhancements
- IE 7.0 compatible Tune button
- Compression 10 and 13 options now available for BC 412
- Checkbox enablement of SEMI checksum
- Functional tuning using filters
NOTE :
The standard In-Sight Explorer 4.5.2 Software release for general-purpose In-Sight vision systems does not contain the firmware and user interface files required by 1720 Series and 1740 Series wafer readers. If you already have In-Sight Explorer 4.5.2 installed on your PC, you must also install In-Sight Explorer Wafer ID 4.5.2 in order to use 1720 Series and 1740 Series wafer readers.
Win10 has been used successfully in the field and should work with minimal or no adjustments.
