Tunnel Manager (TM) 2.5 is the most significant Tunnel Manager update for release to date, delivering major improvements in performance, usability, scalability, and system reliability. Building on the foundation established in previous releases, Version 2.5 introduces new tools for monitoring read-rate performance, managing system alarms, supporting redundant primary architectures, and scaling deployments across multiple MRS groups. It also substantially enhances data investigation workflows through expanded bulk download capabilities, analytics tagging, no-read feedback, and improved reporting tools.
In addition to new user-facing capabilities, Tunnel Manager 2.5 includes significant improvements to database performance, storage management, image retention services, and overall platform stability. These enhancements improve scalability for larger deployments while reducing operational maintenance and troubleshooting effort.
