The output formatting function shows #ERR when the reference cell number exceeds 128.

There is no error when the referenced cell is within the first 128 cells.

Solution: Combine the few cell into single cell using concatenate function and refer concatenate cell into Output format function. 

Note: The Concatenate() function will convert the referenced values into a string, which needs to be taken care of on the receiving end of the communication.
