Can the resolution on the In-Sight 3800 family cropped or binned to a lower resolution model?

Answer

This is also supported via the “Camera Configuration” setting in the In-Sight Vision Suite Shell.

Once the setting is changed, the camera MUST reboot. This is not a runtime feature.

Here are the possible resolution options:

• In-Sight 3801M: full res 1440x1080 or 720x540 binned mode (mono only)
• In-Sight 3803M/C: full res 2048x1536 or 1440x1080 cropped
• In-Sight 3805M/C: full res 2448x2048, 2048x1536 cropped, or 1440x1080 cropped
• In-Sight 3808M/C: full res 2840x2840 - Cannot be cropped to a lower resolution.
• In-Sight 3812M/C: full res 4096x3000, 2840x2840 cropped

• In-Sight 3816M/C: full res 5320x3032; 4096x3000 cropped, or 2840x2840 cropped
