This sample project demonstrates a comparison of multiple location finding technologies used for fiducial detection in challenging imaging conditions. It represents one of the classic machine vision applications where robust positioning is required even when image quality is degraded.
The project evaluates several tools including Blob analysis, SearchMax (grayscale correlation), PatMax (geometric model finder) and PatMax Extreme (low contrast variant).
