Bead Finder Defect Detection Tool - Gaps Tab
When the Gaps tab is selected, the tool will display graphics related to identifying and/or classifying errors in the part or object. The tool will display the location of the bead as a blue polyline, the minimum and maximum thickness of the bead with yellow lines and any detected defects and/or gaps.

Defines whether or not the tool will account for gaps in the found edge; by default, this parameter is disabled.

Defines the minimum gap (0.001 - 1920; default = 3), in pixels; gaps less than this value are not considered to be gaps.

Defines the maximum gap (0.001 - 1920; default = 1000), in pixels; gaps greater than this value are not considered to be gaps.

Defines whether or not the tool will account for gaps detected at the beginning and end of the region; by default, this parameter is disabled.

Displays the total number of defects and/or gaps that were detected.
