Setting Up the Variables Math & Logic Tool
Once the tool has been added, you will need to define the values that will be used as input variables.
- Configure the settings in the General tab to suit your application.
- In the settings pane beside the General tab is the Input Variables Table. Press the Add Boolean button if your value is a boolean logic value; press the Add Integer button if your value is an integer; press the Add Floating Point button if your value is a floating point value; press the Add String button if your value is a text string.
- Once you have added your input variables, you can customize them to suit your specific application.
- With the tool initially configured, load several images and adjust the tool's parameters, as needed, to compensate for your expected ranges of variations.
-
Finally, if desired, use the tool's Input/Output properties to share tool data between other tools and/or other external devices.
Note: To remove a variable from the list, check the checkbox beside the variable and then press the Remove button (the checkbox must be checked to enable the Remove button).
