Geometry Tools - Bisect Angle

The Bisect Angle Geometry Tool constructs a reference line that represents the bisection angle between two edge features or lines, and reports the bisection angle and the X,Y coordinates of the end-points of the constructed line.

Note: The tool returns the results in pixels, unless the image was calibrated to real-world units (In-Sight vision systems) or Field of View (Width) was set to real-world units (In-Sight 2000 series vision sensors) in the Set Up Image application step.

The Bisect Angle Geometry Tool is useful in situations where you want to identify the bisection angle between features on your part, and use the bisection angle as a reference point for other measurements, for example.
