Geometry Tools - Circle-Line Intersection
The Circle-Line Intersection Geometry Tool is used to identify the points on a circle where a line intersects the circle, and reports the X,Y coordinates of the intersection points of the circle by the line.
Note:
The tool returns the results in pixels, unless the image was calibrated to real-world units (In-Sight vision systems) or Field of View (Width) was set to real-world units (In-Sight 2000 series vision sensors) in the Set Up Image application step.
The Circle-Line Intersection Geometry Tool is useful in situations where you want to verify the correct alignment between a circular feature and an edge feature, for example.
