Sheet Zoom Dialog

The Sheet Zoom dialog allows you to increase or decrease the level of magnification on the spreadsheet.

Note:
  • Separate sheet zoom values are maintained for the Spreadsheet View and the Custom View.
  • Alternately, you can enter a Sheet Zoom value in the Sheet Zoom drop-down located on the Explorer toolbar.

Use the Sheet Zoom Dialog

  1. From the View menu, click Sheet Zoom.

  2. Enter the desired level of magnification.

  3. Click OK. The Sheet Zoom can be any percentage from 10% to 400%.

    Tip: After typing a Sheet Zoom value, press TAB to preview the Sheet Zoom setting in the spreadsheet.
