Why is DataMan Setup Tool refusing to downgrade the firmware of my new DataMan 370/470 reader?
Answer
Due to a new chip set introduction resulting in a new hardware revision on DataMan 370/470 platform, a completely new firmware built was required. This new hardware revision cannot be downgraded below 6.1.13_SR1 firmware for this reason.
