Image Settings

Note: This topic describes the user interface when connected to an In-Sight 2000 series vision sensor. If connected to In-Sight vision systems, refer to the In-Sight Vision Systems section of Adjusting the Acquisition Settings.

Trigger

The Trigger controls, Type, Delay and Interval, allow you to customize how and when an image is acquired and the inspection will be performed.

Note: When enabling the Continuous Trigger Type on the In-Sight 2000 series vision sensor, since the CPU of the sensor gets heavily loaded, it is likely that the communication between In-Sight Explorer and the sensor fails. In that case, please choose a different Trigger Type or adjust the Trigger Interval.

Focus (In-Sight 2000 Vision Sensors with Autofocus Only)

The Focus tab is used to control the focus position of the lens on supported In-Sight 2000 series vision sensors with the Autofocus feature, by either automatically focusing the lens or moving the lens to a specific focus position.

Lighting

Note: Under some circumstances, the illumination on the In-Sight 2000 Mini series vision with Autofocus can be darker than that of other In-Sight 2000 series vision sensor.

White Balance (In-Sight 2000 Color Vision Sensors only)
