Menu Bar – Insert

The Insert menu allows you to quickly add new content into your spreadsheet and/or selected cell. The menu has the following options:

Icon	Option	Description
	Insert Function	Opens the Insert Function Dialog to insert a function into the active cell. If the active cell already contains a function with a Property Sheet, then the property sheet will open instead of the Insert Function dialog.
	Absolute Reference	Inserts an absolute cell reference into the active cell.
	Relative Reference	Inserts a relative cell reference into the active cell.
	Insert Comment	Opens the Comment Dialog to add or edit a comment for the active cell.
	Cells	Opens the Insert Cells Dialog to add a cell, a range of cells, a new row or new column to the spreadsheet.
	Rows	Adds a new row above the currently selected cell.
	Columns	Adds a new column left of the currently selected cell.
